Up a few steps from the street, the ground floor is wide open with a traditional Talavera-tiled kitchen and a spacious open dining area. The classical dome in the main living space allows a flood of light to cascade into the room and create the sensation of vastness, and the large windows connect you to the lush gardens outside.

Also on the main floor, there is a new master bedroom, a king bed, fireplace and French doors opening onto the pool terrace to the gardens and the Bay of Banderas beyond. On the same level there is a large second bedroom with a king bed. Both feature beamed cathedral ceilings, plus elegant and expansive en-suite marble bathrooms.

Up a few steps at the rear of the pool terrace, there are two more large bedrooms, each with a king bed, beamed cathedral ceilings and an en-suite bathroom. The villa can sleep as many as 8, and each of the 4 bedrooms has individually controlled air conditioning. Gather you group on the terrace by the beach for a BBQ, lounge around the pool with its unique waterfall, or curl up with a book on one of the secluded balconies.
